Open SSL

Currently have Backup Exec 10d installed on a Server 2003 Standard 32bit.
Have a new server with 2008 R2 w/ SP1.
Need to install Backup Exec 2010 R3 on the new 2008 server. Need to maintain all backup job settings, catalogs, and everything from the old server on the new one.

Looking for a step by step guide, but the one I found Symantec Article TECH67296 one of the steps leads to another article with instructions on manual upgrade, however it then says NOT to follow them if doing an upgrade between different server versions?!?!
