Accessing the Service Menu
1. Make sure you are using the original LG remote. While some non-LG, third-party or universal remotes can be used to access your LG TV’s service menu, you will have the greatest chance of success if you use the remote that came with your TV.
2. Select a TV channel. Using the INPUT button on your remote to select the TV as the input source, then select any TV channel.
